My Story

Patrick Grosser has been a full-time real estate agent since 2014 and is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Although he grew up on the West side of Cincinnati, he has lived with his wife and three children in Anderson Township since 2012. Patrick enjoys helping both buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals, while maintaining his principles of honesty and integrity in all of his business practices. He founded the 513 Flat Fee Real Estate Group in 2022, which offers premium flat fee listings to homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati area, including northern Kentucky. As a result, Patrick's seller clients usually save thousands of dollars when they sell their homes, without sacrificing the quality of the service they receive.
